Return Process

  Log into your Ushopbd account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included and the item is in its original condition.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time, or you can drop off the package at any of our designated service points.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
